ACHE Virtual Education: Developing Mentoring & Coaching Skills

February 19 @ 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm

Free

Data have shown that mentoring programs are an effective way to offer guidance and support for healthcare executives entering the field or seeking career advancement. A mentoring relationship provides a safe environment in which those with less experience may learn from experienced executives.

This panel will present a framework for the development of a mentoring program. The program will begin with a brief presentation by the moderator, followed by remarks from each panelist. It will conclude with a question-and-answer period.

There is no cost to attend this virtual meeting. This program will award 1.5 hours of ACHE virtual interactive credit. To receive the credit, you must be registered and participate for 90 minutes. This event is hosted by ACHE and will use the ACHE learning management system.

If you are not an ACHE member, there is an option to create a free account in the registration process. Event registration is a two-step process, and ACHE members will not receive Virtual Interactive Education credit unless they complete both steps.
